Peanut Butter, Banana, Honey & Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons Darryl's Peanut Butter
1-2 slices sourdough (or bread of choice)
1 ripe banana, sliced
Ground cinnamon, to finish
Method
1. Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
2. While still warm, spread a generous layer of Darryl's Peanut Butter over the toast.
3. Top evenly with banana slices.
4. Drizzle with honey.
5. Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and serve immediately.
Tips & Variations
- Add a pinch of flaky sea salt to enhance the sweetness.
- For extra indulgence, lightly caramelise the banana slices in a pan before topping
- Works equally as well on multigrain, rye, or gluten-free bread
